108 Homecrafters is a high-energy group of 6 guys with over 40 years’ combined experience in fine carpentry and building. Formed by UVM roommates and long time friends Chris Howe and Chris Parsons, we focus on creating new houses based on design principals from Vermont’s architectural past that have mostly been forgotten, or at best terribly watered down by modern day slap and go contracting practices.

We use local Vermont products, milled, quarried, and created here in Vermont by local family businesses whenever possible. Use of native materials and an exuberant attention to historically accurate details maintains the character of this unique State, and breathes unmistakable authenticity into our creations.
